1. General
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the relationship between Okamiiro and its customers on the https://okamiiro.fr website. They apply exclusively between the Okamiiro company and consumers purchasing products via the site.
2. Products
The products offered for sale by Okamiiro are those listed on the site on the day of consultation by the customer. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description (dimensions, material, etc.). The images are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.
3. Controls
Orders are placed directly on the site. The order process includes several steps that the customer must follow to validate his order. Once the order has been validated, the customer will receive confirmation by e-mail.
4. Awards
The prices shown on the site are in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and exclude delivery costs. Prices may be changed at any time without notice, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the order.
5. Manufacturing and shipping
Product manufacturing takes 10 to 12 working days, plus 2 to 3 days for shipping. Okamiiro undertakes to respect this deadline and to inform the customer of any delay.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payment can be made by credit card via secure payment platforms such as Stripe or PayPal.
7. Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery costs are calculated and indicated to the customer before the order is finalized.
8. Returns and Refunds
Products made specifically to order may be returned or refunded in the event of a manufacturing defect or error in the initial order. Any claim relating to a manufacturing defect must be submitted by email within 30 days of receipt of the item. Okamiiro will pay the full cost of returning defective or non-conforming items.
9. Warranties and liability
Okamiiro guarantees that all products are manufactured with care and in accordance with the descriptions provided on the site. In the event of a proven defect, the customer benefits from the legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects. What’s more, Okamiiro offers a two-year warranty on product conformity and quality, covering defects such as rust and other deterioration not in line with promised quality standards.
10. Personal data
Okamiiro is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. The information collected is used solely to manage orders and commercial relations.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
